Terms of use

Scope

These terms govern the use of the impulsee.ch website, published by impulse Sàrl, Kleinschönberg 10, 1700 Fribourg. By browsing the site, you accept them. If you do not wish to be bound by them, please refrain from using it.

Site content

The site presents the services of impulse Sàrl, from electrical services design under the SIA 108 fee and services regulation to photovoltaic engineering, including self-consumption groupings (ZEV), EV charging infrastructure, KNX building automation and client-side advisory. We update this information carefully, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or fully up to date. It is provided for information only and constitutes neither an offer in the legal sense nor engineering advice applicable to a specific case. Only the contractual documents signed between impulse Sàrl and its clients are binding on the consultancy.

Solar calculator

The solar calculator made available on the site provides an initial estimate of the photovoltaic potential of a roof, based on public federal data. This estimate is purely indicative. It takes no account of the actual condition of the roof, of shading, of grid connection constraints, or of the effective conditions for granting subsidies, in particular the one-off remuneration (a federal investment subsidy) paid by Pronovo. The results displayed have no contractual value and cannot give rise to any claim against impulse Sàrl. Only a tailored study, prepared by our engineers after examining the building and its grid connection, is decisive for the sizing, the costs and the profitability of a system.

Intellectual property

The texts, drawings, diagrams, photographs, logos and graphic elements published on the site are protected by copyright and, where applicable, by trade mark law. They belong to impulse Sàrl or to their respective authors. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse, even in part, requires our prior written consent. Short quotations with an indication of the source remain reserved.

Limitation of liability

We endeavour to keep the site continuously accessible, without guaranteeing that it will be free of interruptions, errors or vulnerabilities. Within the limits permitted by mandatory law, impulse Sàrl accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage arising from access to the site, from its use or from the inability to access it, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published on it. This clause does not concern the engineering services provided under mandate, which are governed by the contracts concluded with our clients.

External links

Some links lead to third-party sites, in particular to official services. These sites are beyond our control. Their content is the sole responsibility of their publishers and we accept no liability in this respect. A link does not constitute a recommendation.

Data protection

The processing of personal data connected with the use of the site is described in our privacy policy, which supplements these terms.

Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time, for example as the site evolves or the legal framework changes. The version published at the time of your visit applies.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute relating to the use of the site are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, subject to any mandatory places of jurisdiction provided for by law. Last updated 6 August 2026.
