Feasibility studies & strategy (SIA 31–33)

Electrical services design & concepts: sizing of distribution networks, power balance calculations and overall energy concepts (photovoltaics, self-consumption grouping ZEV, battery storage BESS) to maximise self-consumption.
Permits & subsidies: full administrative handling of the approval submissions to the distribution system operator (DSO) and ESTI, and optimisation of federal (Pronovo) and cantonal subsidies.
Energy compliance evidence: illuminance calculations (SIA 387/4) and preparation of the technical evidence required for Minergie certification and for statutory requirements
Tendering & cost control (SIA 41)

Working drawings & BIM management (SIA 51)

Site management & handover (SIA 52–53)

Commissioning (NIV): organisation of integrated testing, acceptance of the works, as-built documentation and the safety verification report required under the NIV (the Swiss Ordinance on Low-Voltage Electrical Installations).
