This property presented a stubborn puzzle: major, unexplained differences in electricity consumption between the buildings, persisting for several years. The property management company, at a dead end in the face of these financial losses, commissioned impulse to carry out an impartial technical assessment.
We applied a rigorous investigation methodology (“forensic engineering”). By analysing the load curves at 15-minute resolution and carrying out a complete physical trace of the circuits on site, we audited every outgoing feeder in this large complex. This precision analysis made it possible to pinpoint the exact source of the metering anomalies. We delivered a complete audit file, enabling the management company to correct the errors, re-invoice the energy consumed fairly and clean up the management of the 100 flats.
