New build
This modern building, completed in 2024, comprises 4 high-end apartments and 2 commercial units. The challenge was to combine the quiet residents need with the activity of the shops on the ground floor.
For this project, impulse handled a rare all-in-one mandate: we designed both the electrical systems and all the mechanical services plans (heating, ventilation, plumbing). A single firm for all building services.

Centralised control of lighting, blinds and room-by-room heat regulation for simple, economical management.
Building services coordination
Spatial technical coordination of ducts and networks. We ensure invisible integration into concrete slabs and walls.
Site management
Financial and operational management of the site through to handover, in strict compliance with budget and deadlines.
Energy & mobility
Installation of a rooftop solar photovoltaic plant and deployment of the EV charging infrastructure.
