Engineering without borders for exceptional living
This construction project in Galmiz comprises a semi-detached villa and two high-end detached villas. Located on the language border of the canton of Fribourg, these four living units called for precise engineering and rigorous administrative management.
Working closely with our architect partners, we delivered the entire electrical services design (SIA phases 31 to 51). A key part of our remit was running bilingual tendering (French and German), making it possible to select the best regional contractors while ensuring complete transparency for the project owner. From the design stage onwards, the infrastructure incorporates electric mobility (EV charging infrastructure) solutions for every unit, meeting the highest Swiss standards.
