For this high-standard apartment building with 4 units and an underground car park, the mandate of impulse focused on the strategic design and tendering phase.
Our involvement was limited to SIA phases 31 to 41, including the development of the overall electrical concept and the rigorous management of the bilingual tendering process (FR/DE). This stage made it possible to define the development’s technical requirements precisely and to secure the contractors’ bids on behalf of the project owner. The infrastructure provides for a pre-sizing of the EV charging infrastructure, with a direct supply per unit for electric vehicle charging.
