An exceptional condominium on a challenging site
This project of 5 apartments (condominium) in Gurmels stands out for its high level of finish and its fully integrated home automation. The main challenge of the assignment lay in the location of the building in a flood zone, which required a specific technical design to protect the installations.
Working closely with the owner, we sized a robust electrical installation able to offset the risks of the site while giving buyers modern, connected comfort, in line with the highest Swiss standards.

Sizing of the power supply and management of the MCR (control) interfaces for the heat pump.
Electric mobility (EV charging)
Deployment of a scalable, dynamically managed EV charging infrastructure for the 5 parking spaces.
