The challenge of bespoke coordination
Located in Murist (Estavayer-le-Lac), the Vulliama development comprises 3 buildings with a total of 42 apartments held in condominium. impulse acted as electrical engineer, delivering the technical design and the sizing of the entire complex.
The main challenge lay in the technical coordination and in managing the sheer volume of drawings. We coordinated the routing with the building services engineers to avoid spatial clashes. For the apartments, we handled the technical integration of the buyers’ choices. Our role was to rigorously update the construction drawings for each apartment on the basis of the requests submitted by the owner, delivering precise and final construction packages for the installer.
Technical coordination

Drawing revisions

Power distribution
Sizing of the rising mains and service connections to supply the 3 buildings in a balanced way.
Electric mobility (EV charging)
Design of the EV charging infrastructure for the underground car park with dynamic load management.
