Alpes 7
Balancing modern architecture and energy performance
Set on the heights of Neuchâtel, the Alpes 7 residence redefines the standards of urban comfort across 17 exceptional apartments. The project embodies a vision in which contemporary design meets an invisible yet high-performance technical infrastructure, ensuring lasting value for the property.
As an electrical engineering office, impulse deployed a complete energy ecosystem for this project. Our approach combines clean energy production through solar photovoltaics, optimised by a self-consumption grouping (RCP) for intelligent management of on-site consumption. The infrastructure also allows for a phased rollout of EV charging infrastructure, along with advanced home automation using the Swiss technology dingz, enabling intuitive control of lighting, blinds and climate.
Thermostat & weather station
Built-in thermostat function for individual climate control (heating/cooling), optimised by the rooftop weather station.
Security & access
Independent video intercom system providing secure and reliable access control for the 17 residents.
Smart home dingz
Centralised and intuitive control of lighting, blinds and temperature through the Swiss dingz touch interfaces.
Self-consumption (RCP)
Sizing of the solar plant and management of the self-consumption grouping to maximise energy autonomy.
Full SIA mandate
Full project delivery: studies, tendering, execution drawings and final acceptance of the works.
EV charging 100%
Underground parking fully pre-equipped with dynamic load management for every vehicle.
