The perfect fusion of design and energy intelligence
Located in Peseux (Neuchâtel), the “Les Venelles” development embodies the perfect balance between advanced engineering and residential comfort. For this project of 17 condominium apartments, impulse delivered the full mandate as electrical engineering consultancy, managing all services from preliminary design through to final acceptance (SIA phases 31 to 53).
Our involvement went beyond the traditional scope to deliver a complete solution: sizing of the photovoltaic system, management of the self-consumption grouping (RCP) and planning of electric mobility (EV charging infrastructure). We also integrated the control of the reversible heat pump, ensuring efficient Free Cooling in summer. impulse applied all its expertise to merge design, engineering and energy efficiency. By integrating the Swiss dingz home automation system (lighting, blinds and climate control) directly into the design, we ensured a seamless user experience and a clean aesthetic, with no compromise on performance.
Thermostat & weather
Integrated thermostat function for individual climate control (heating/cooling), optimised by the rooftop weather station.
Security & access
Independent video intercom system providing secure and reliable access control for the 17 residents.
Smart home dingz
Centralised and intuitive control of lighting, blinds and temperature via the Swiss dingz touch interfaces.
Self-consumption (RCP)
Sizing of the solar plant and management of the self-consumption grouping to maximise energy autonomy.
Full SIA mandate
Complete project management: studies, tendering, execution drawings and final acceptance of the works.
